1. About Zoli
Zoli is a gamified trading education platform operated by Gue Holdings Ltd (trading as Way Enterprises), a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. The platform is accessible at zoli.uk and any associated mobile applications (collectively, "the Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Zoli.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zoli. Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.
3. Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice
Zoli provides educational content about trading and financial markets for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Trading in financial markets carries significant risk, including the risk of loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always seek independent financial advice before making any investment decisions. Zoli accepts no liability for any financial losses arising from decisions made based on content within the platform.
4. Accounts
To access most features of Zoli, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately at admin@guemw.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Zoli offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Zoli Pro"). By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact admin@guemw.com within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will not be issued for subsequent billing cycles or for partially used periods after the initial 7-day window.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform or its content.
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
- Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
Breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gue Holdings Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
