1. The HerMax "Zero-Retention" Guarantee

We believe you shouldn't have to trade your privacy for a glow-up. Our image processing workflow is strictly transient:

  • Secure Upload: When you scan your face, the image is sent to our API.
  • Instant Deletion: As soon as the AI completes its analysis to provide your ratings and routine, the image is immediately and permanently purged from our servers.
  • No Storage: HerMax does not store, host, or save your photos. We only keep the resulting data (your numerical scores and skin type) so you can track your progress over time.

2. Information We Collect

To personalize your experience, HerMax collects:

  • Analysis Data: Numerical values derived from your scan regarding facial symmetry, skin texture, and features.
  • Profile Details: Information you provide, such as age, skin concerns, and aesthetic goals.
  • Progress Logs: A history of your routines and rating improvements to show your transformation.

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Generate your "Glow-Up" ratings and facial insights.
  • Build and adjust your custom skincare and grooming routines.

  • External Links: If we recommend a skincare product, we may use your skin type to ensure the recommendation is relevant, but we never share your identity or photos with retailers.

You own your data. You can delete your HerMax account and all associated progress logs at any time via the in-app settings.
